Registration Registration Policy Early registration deadline is May 10, 2008.
All registrations must be received via the online registration form.
The registrations are handled by Frens Conference
Services.

event and banquet is not included. Copy of a student ID required
Additional
tickets:
Regular 3-day conference fee
covers admission to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, 3 lunches,
welcome reception, the social event with banquet, on-site book of
abstracts together with a CD-ROM with all accepted submissions, and
formal proceedings on CD-ROM (published by the IEEE, mailed after the
conference).
One day conference fee
covers admission to the conference sessions, coffee breaks, a lunch,
on-site book of abstracts together with a CD-ROM with all accepted
submissions, and formal proceedings on CD-ROM (published by the IEEE,
mailed after the conference).
EAEEIE retired members and accompanying
persons fee
covers all lunches, Sunday's reception, Monday's dinner and Tuesday's
social event. EAEEIE retired members will also receive coffee breaks, a
book of abstracts together with a CD-ROM with all accepted submissions.
Payment Registration
fee can be payed by credid card
or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy Any cancellation
received before May
31, 2008 is entitled to the reimbursement of the
amount paid after deduction of EUR 40
for administrative fee. No reimbursement
will be granted after this date.
