The 19th EAEEIE Annual Conference was held in Tallinn, Estonia, on June 29 - July 2, 2008. The local organizers were honored to serve you and thank all the attendees, contributors, sponsors and supporters, which made the EAEEIE 2008 edition a success.

The EAEEIE (European Association for Education in Electrical and Information Engineering) is an European non-profit organization, with members from nearly seventy European Universities, most of them teaching in the area of Electrical and Information Engineering (EIE).

The mission of the EAEEIE is to enhance education in EIE through understanding of European education practices, industry participation, continuing education, credit transfer in international exchanges, scientific and educational research, and to determine criteria to establish standards on EIE education.

The 2008 edition of EAEEIE Annual Conference was organized by Tallinn University of Technology, Department of Computer Engineering and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Region 8, IEEE Estonia Section and IEEE Computer Society Estonian Chapter.

The conference was financially sponsored by Tallinn University of Technology, Estonian Information Technology Foundation through the Tiger University programme and IEEE Estonia Section

The 20th EAEEIE Annual Conference will be held in Valencia, Spain. EAEEIE 2009 is organized by the Computer Engineering Department of Universidad Politecnica de Valencia.
