The venue of 19th EAEEIE Annual Conference is Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel

Special rates are available for EAEEIE Annual Conference participants. These rates are available till May 10, 2008. After May 10, 2008 booking is still possible, but no guarantee for price and availability is provided.

Standard room (single occupancy): 90 EUR
Standard room (double occupancy): 100 EUR 

Please specify at the reservation form, if a double room (one single bed)
or a twin room (two separate beds) is requested.

All confirmed reservations that are cancelled prior to May 30, 2008 will have no cancellation fee.

Hotel rooms can be booked via Tallink Hotels online booking facilities (in the upper-right corner on the hotel website). Choose first "Spa & Conference Hotel", date of arrival, duration of your stay and other particulars, and click Search. On the next page, choose Corporate rates and type in the conference code EAEEIE2008 (without a space).
